How to Manage your Personal Data

As a valued Starbucks customer, you have the right to access and manage the personal data you share with us.

You have the ability to access or correct your data by going to your Starbucks Account.

You can submit a request below to access additional personal data we may hold about you, or to enforce your right to be forgotten by requesting deletion of your personal data from our systems.

To submit a request, please fill in the online form below. The email address you provide will be the email address we use to communicate with you regarding your request.

Please attach a legible copy of your passport, driver’s license or other similar government issue form of identification, so that we may validate your identity. This will be used to verify the data we are providing or deleting is your data, without which, we will be unable to proceed with your request.

Once we receive the above identification, you can expect to have your request completed within 30 days of receipt. If, due to the complexity of your request, we are unable to complete your request within 30 days, we will notify you of any extension required and keep you informed.
