How to request to close my account

If you wish to have us delete your personal information and therefore no longer participate in the Starbucks Rewards Program, please submit your request by clicking on the link to the web form.
 
Please note: If you have a digital rewards card with a balance you will need to transfer the balance to a physical card before we are able to delete your record. You will still be able to use your physical cards at Starbucks stores, but the card balance will no longer be protected should you lose or damage your card, and you will not receive any rewards or benefits. You will be responsible for uninstalling the Starbucks Mobile app from your phone.
